Founder, PureArc
I began my career in Human Resources in the Army as a HR Specialist ten years ago and that’s where I found my passion for HR.I’ve worked in HR ever since, doing everything from generalist work to recruiting and onboarding. Being involved in the full employee lifecycle has given me a real understanding of how frustrating and disconnected HR systems can be - for both employees and the teams managing them.
I’ve spent years helping people navigate important moments like benefits, leave, and onboarding, while also managing the operational side behind the scenes. A lot of the time, the systems in place made things more complicated than they needed to be.
That’s what pushed me to start building PureArc.
I didn’t want to keep working around the same problems—I wanted to create something that actually makes HR simpler, clearer, and easier to manage.
As a Black woman building in tech, it’s important to me to create something that feels modern, practical, and genuinely helpful for the way people work today.
